Conducteur de plieuse
Dès que nous avons imprimés les sections du livre, nous devons procéder au pliage des différentes sections. Pour se faire, la personne devra faire preuve d’une grande minutie, être consciencieuse et soucieuse des détails et avoir un sens mécanique développé. Nous possédons plusieurs plieuses ayant des degrés d’automatisation différents, mais où le savoir-faire humain garde une grande importance.

LE RÔLE DE PRESSIER :
Salarié dont la tâche principale consiste à opérer et entretenir de façon autonome, sécuritaire et efficace les presses rotatives, dont les 4 couleurs et dont il a normalement la charge.
FONCTIONS ET TÂCHES :
Réaliser tous les travaux d’impression dans un temps optimal, donner une bonne qualité de travail et limiter la gâche ; Surveiller le fonctionnement et la qualité du produit pendant le tirage et effectuer les correctifs si nécessaire ; Informer le superviseur du travail à faire, de celui réalisé et de toute anomalie ; Coordonner le travail du personnel qui lui est assigné par le superviseur ; Assurer le bon fonctionnement des équipements qui lui sont confiés ; Préparer la presse selon les indications du dossier de production ; Réaliser le programme d’entretien selon le calendrier établi ; Se procurer le matériel nécessaire aux travaux ; Effectuer des tâches auxiliaires.
EXIGENCES :
Posséder une formation en impression (DEP ou DEC), une expérience de quatre (4) ans sur les presses rotatives dont au moins une à titre de pressier Rotative en noir et blanc ou toute combinaison de formation et d’expérience jugée équivalente; Avoir démontré des qualités de leader positif et une bonne capacité à diriger; Avoir réussi le test d’aptitude du métier (WPT) ou avoir démontré sa capacité à effectuer le travail sur une presse rotative en couleur et même sans toute l’automatisation; Connaître les propriétés physiques des matières premières utilisées selon le produit à réaliser ainsi que leurs réactions physiques aux différentes conditions; Connaître et utiliser adéquatement les équipements et les ressources matérielles requises afin de détecter les problèmes; Connaître les principes de mécanique, d’hydraulique, de pneumatique, d’électricité, d’électronique et d’informatique; Être ouvert à la critique, sociable, ouvert aux changements et en mesure de supporter le stress (Analyse ADO); Avoir une bonne capacité d'apprentissage afin d’atteindre rapidement et conserver les standards requis; Faire preuve d'autonomie, ne pas avoir besoin de surveillance constante pour accomplir le travail requis; Connaître l’ensemble du processus de production graphique et les normes de qualité en application; Réagir rapidement et efficacement aux changements constants et aux délais très courts de production; Savoir travailler en équipe, reconnaître les priorités, prendre des décisions et résoudre des problèmes; Avoir démontré une excellente logique mécanique (Test Bennett), du jugement, de la flexibilité et une bonne dextérité manuelle; Savoir lire et comprendre les spécificités inscrites sur les dossiers de production; Avoir une bonne condition physique, de l’initiative et le souci du détail; Posséder le sens de l’organisation du travail.Disponible pour du surtemps et flexible pour changement d’horaire.

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable Millwright/Electrician to join our team in Toronto to effectively manage the company’s maintenance requirements. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the ideal candidate must be a certified Millwright/Electrician in good standing (Ontario Dual ticketed preferred), with experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.

Since 2011, the plant has invested over $30 million in new digital inkjet presses, front-end technology and finishing equipment, operating from a 170,000-square foot manufacturing plant located in Toronto which employs 170 people.

Customer Service Representative :
As a Customer Service Representative you will have a key role to play among our customers and prospects, as well as our sales team. You will coordinate our clients' printing projects with the production team in order to ensure that projects are delivered on time, according to the specification of the quote. Our publisher clients value our reliability and expect to work as a team with us.
Tasks and responsabilities :
Communicate with clients and support them in the development and delivery of their print projects.Manage cost estimates and orders in our manufacturing system.
Track projects from start to finish through each stage of production.
Assist clients and respond to questions and concerns; facilitate win-win problem solving.
Promote new opportunities for both existing accounts and prospects in business development mode.
Qualifications and skills :
Bilingualism mandatory, both spoken and written;
3 years in customer service
Experience in printing would be considered an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work with tight deadlines and good management of priorities;
Organized and able to work in a team, but also independently;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
You must be proactive and like to take initiatives. You must be receptive to clients’ needs;
You must be determined and have a positive attitude.
